My practice focuses on insurance coverage and insurance bad faith issues; defense of claims alleging unfair, illegal, or deceptive business practices; and defense of consumer class actions.  I have experience in the California Courts of Appeal, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the California Supreme Court.
