Daniel H. Bromberg

My practice focuses on both state and federal courts.  In state court, I practice primarily in the First District and the Second District, frequently in connection with jury trials conducted by my firm.  I also frequently appear in federal courts of appeal, particularly the Ninth Circuit and the Federal Circuit.  Finally, I regularly appear in the United States Supreme Court, representing both businesses and public officials such as state supreme court justices, state attorneys general, and former cabinet officials.   

Substantively, my practice involves subjects such as intellectual property (including patents as well as copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets), business and commercial litigation, and areas such as constitutional law, antitrust and the construction of federal statutes, an area of special personal interest.
